The breakfast was awesome, the check in was early. The hotel was in a magnificent and unbeatable position right by Kuromon market, the department stores, and Dotonbori which is in the middle.

We were initially given a twin room, without our knowledge, and to rectify the situation the hotel staff (one lady in particular) was extremely accommodating and we received an upgrade to a one bedroom studio apartment (executive apartment) for our four nights stay.
The Masa cafe for breakfast didn't make a good espresso and it would be good to have variety in the breakfast offerings.

A quiet and amazing hotel, my first choice in Osaka. Clean place with stunningly beautiful view over Namba skyline. - Excellent, amazing location in Osaka, close to the railway station, many stores and restaurants around, and Ebishu Bashi Suji covered shopping street. - Having a refrigerator, a microwave, and climate control in my modern and fashionable room. - Outstandingly accommodating staff. - Good breakfast with lots of food.

This hotel is very good especially the room size is big and clean, we really enjoy staying here. The room equipment is good too and also near nanba nankai station. It's quite fast to reach kansai airport.

The location here is convenient, close to a large entertainment and shopping area with malls and train stations, as well as the Glico Man, and the service is excellent.

Fairly clean place with beautiful view over Namba skyline. Astonishing and incredibly nice breakfast with lots of food, outstandingly accommodating staff. Excellent and absolutely perfect setting, in front of cafés and eateries. Such wonderful stay, as always.

The location was good, for example, Namba Walk was at walking distance from the hotel. The staff was accommodating, they give us all the help. We greatly enjoyed staying here and would happily return.
